Best video of a couple of Vinnys running, both sounded well set up. Seen a few which sounded ghastly, Owners appearing deaf to sound of badly set up carbs. Thanks for posting, makes me wish I was young again, I had a series "D" bought brand new, in the last batch produced. I absolutely loved it. Yes you are right I am also vintage 94 just after Christmas. Thanks again, great to watch and hear! 👍👍✔✔

Thank you so much for your lovely note. I really appreciate it. Unbelievable that you had a series D from you! I cannot imagine what that must've felt like to own a brand new Vincent motorcycle! Congratulations on your 94th year and I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and a happy new year. Take care and best wishes

Hi Mike, your other friend George here. I could hear the difference in the red Vincent's acceleration! Also great meeting you at the Barber Vintage Festival (my 13th).👍

Thanks George, yes the wreck. Vincent definitely felt a lot more sprightly than the black one. It was great to see you at Barber.

The sound of those bikes is the sweetest thing that ever caressed my ears (& with 16 Klipsch speakers on an Onkyo surround system I think I'm experiencing close enough to the real thing). Fortunately I don't have to go totally neon green with envy. My 2018 T120 is close enough to keep me happy. 😎 Another wonderful video, Mike. Thank you for yet another "best rise&shine video ever".

I can't imagine being out for a Sunday drive and seeing 2 Vincents go passing by. If I was on my bike I'd probably flip a U turn and follow you guys just to get a better look.

Very jealous, it’s chucking it down here. A difficult balance between keeping a bike original and improving it so the ride is more comfortable and no doubt safer. Really enjoyed the video thank you.

Hello Mike. I enjoyed the ride with you both. I hope you were able to spend some time with my mate Andy at DWTT museum. He is a fountain of knowledge and a great bloke as well. Haven’t ever been too Barber but it’s on my list. Bless you and the family. 🌞🙏🏻

Enjoyed your video. Wished I’d known you were going to the Barber Motorsport thing. I was on a trip and stopped in Sunday noon and spent the afternoon there. Didn’t know about the special until I got there. Might have been close to you and never knew. Well, maybe another time.

Mikuni carburetors on the red Vincent? That would explain some of the extra "pep". I did this on my Morini 3 1/2 Sport, and the improvement over Dellorto's was huge.
