The flood progression through the mission shows how the memories of the crew makes the flood more knowledgeable as well. Ambushes, tools, and tactics. In addition, use of the weapons go from random patterns to full bursts and suppressive fire. The ODST flood maintains a steady hose of bullets in a pattern that shows “breaking a shield; overpowering vulnerable target.” Then at the very end you hear OPs being overrun by the flood, meaning the Bridge was overwhelmed. I’m curious if Cortana will have a new role here.

13:41 I love how the fact since the Flood retains the victims memories and not only that but basic usage of equipment as well what you heard behind the door was a Spoofer (Canon name) and it is a device that forces to force open doors and override certain pieces even overriding Forerunner locked doors (As seen in the Jenkins helmet recorder cutscene)

Great commentary! This looks like an impressively designed mod; I’m a sucker for custom Flood campaigns that tap into Halo’s horror side. Also, can confirm: The Carrier Forms instantly blowing up when getting stuck by plasma grenades IS an addition from CE Rebalanced.

Thanks! Yeah, I love mods that are able to utilize the horror elements of the series too. Especially in Halo CE's case since it has a certain aura with its game engine (I believe it's called "liminal spaces"?) that make everything even more creepy.
