Yoooo.... You should try deep frying the fish whole with skin on. But yes scale them first obviously hahahahaha... So descale Gut it Salt it Lightly pepper it with black pepper Put it in the fridge for a few hours...maybe over night. Then deep fry it. Carful there will be bones but this process you can literally eat the rib bones to a certain point. Lols easiest recipe i think. Lols also dont forget to have a bowl of rice and water. Lols

I'm going to try to get back into ice fishing this year because of your videos. I personally have never caught a fish ice fishing, though I used to go a lot with my dad when I was young.
