5:22-6:21 Let’s be honest here, Spidey’s folding all of Batman’s villains as shown on the list, but… *1.* Venom would kill Batman, but Batman’s hypersonic gear will help even out the fight to help Bruce get a win. *2.* You’re right about Vulture. *3.* Batman has fought Clayface who’s basically the same guy as Sandman, but with different elements. So the gear he has for Clayface should work on Sandman. *4.* Bruce can hack Green Goblin’s gear and take advantage of Osborn’s ego to not go all out on him; like he usually does with Spider-Man. Plus Batman’s gauntlets are definitely gonna be of use against the Goblin. *5.* Spider-Man’s Villains laughing at Batman would be something that Bruce would be counting on. Darkseid and Alpheus underestimated him and they lived to regret it.

1. I'd agree if Batman would know his weakness to sound, which he has built a resistance to,and has no tell for it outside it actually happening 3. Clay face can't get bigger the more of his material he's around. Sandman can and has been over skyscrapers. Not the same or even made of the same stuff so clay face built tech can't transfer over. 4. Goblin has straight up hacked Doc Ock so worst case scenario he gets counter hacked, and Goblin dgaf he goes all out on anyone. And none of that stops any physical threat he loses with that can't be hacked 5. Yeah that worked for him 2 times max for Darkseid,of which he'd let him slide cause he found it intriguing. Nothing stopped him from messing him up otherwise.

@ Sorry if this is too long. *1.* True Venom has resistance to sound based attacks, but Batman’s hypersonics can harm beings that are on Superman’s level. So regardless of resistance, Batman’s hypersonic are truly gonna hurt Venom if they can harm Superman. *3.* Spider-man has been able to manipulate and beat Sandman with water and sometimes with the environment around him. Peter even managed to defeat Sandman with a giant industrial fan. Batman would be able to figure out similar ways to subdue him. Plus Batman has fire based weapons and turn Sandman into glass. *4.* Batman has manually hacked into a Apokolyptian computer with his bare hands and hacked into a high network with a device that’s barely as sophisticated as a cell phone. Green Goblin does have brains, especially when screwing over Doc Ock. But Batman can do it in a way hardly anyone would expect. Plus Batman has gauntlets that allow him to harm and knock back heavy tiers when needed. Whether splattering Clayface into a thousands of pieces, knocked back a Spectre possessed Superman onto the ground, or drawing blood on Apex Lex. The strength gap between him and Green Goblin will not be an issue. Plus Batman can always rely on his explosives. *5.* The same Darkseid who smacked DeSaad upside the head for being careless of allowing Batman in the Fourth World. When they captured a brainwashed Superman (Superman/Batman Issue 40.) Also when the last time when Darkseid “messed Batman up” was during the Batman and Robin series when Batman was using the Hellbat suit. Although Darkseid was dominant in that fight, Batman was nowhere near 100% since he was using that suit for more than an hour which drains Batman’s metabolism. If Batman was at a 100% using the Hellbat, the outcome of that fight would have been different. Cause Batman’s truly dangerous, and even more dangerous if the ones from Spider-Man’s rouges that you’ve mentioned underestimate him. Plus Spider-Man has mentioned that Green Goblin does hold back in times that he shouldn’t.
