I love thé way his fiancé stood up for herself and left . Don’t ever beg a man to marry you . If he can’t choose you , leave !!!
@christiansap603510 ай бұрын
You could say that. However the picture was deeper there. The mother had just arrived straight from the village. The man wasn't in position to be too much rude to his mom on that exact moment although he still stood up for his girl. It was for the girl to use patience at that moment and wait at least till the evening when the man would've come back home. She left him when he needed her the most, I may say. In the end even the mother was confused about the change in the girl she thought was good for her son to marry. It gives the lesson that sometimes even the obstacles you face don't actually have a real purpose or aren't founded. So in the end you have to fight for what you seek or else little to nothing could rip it away from you. Just don't let it happen. So in that specific case I wouldn't say don't beg a man, instead I'd say claim what's yours and take it girl! You weighed that mother of his too much heavier than she was and let her win so easily over you.
@angelsweet96119 ай бұрын
@@christiansap6035so you expect the girl to keep receiving abuse from his mom? He needed to put his foot down as a man
@graciousigwe64947 ай бұрын
@@christiansap6035You are not serious. Who do you think has that kind of time to be patient with a spineless man and his foolish mother? If he is not ready to stand on business, defend his fiancée and stand up to his mother, then to hell with him and the so-called marriage. After all, the lady is not desperate, neither should she stoop so low to take such barrage of insults and abuse.

Youung wonen we should know how to carry ourselves depending on the environment we are in . Let’s know the right way to dress when we go to the village, and we are in our homes in the city we can wear what we want . When we go to the village especially visiting our inlaws let us know the right time to wake up and the duties that are designed for us according to culture . If we try to mix city life and village life we will give people things to say about us and certainly misrepresent ourselves
@ekahlilian64982 жыл бұрын
My dear that one na your own some inlaws are like that no matter how your good to them or dress or whatever to do they will never appreciate and find things to accuse you of yes it's true when you go to the village it's good you dress like their culture yes but some mother inlaws will still find faults and throw words

As an adult, sometimes watching old Nollywood movies from a mature lens can be a bit disheartening. He slept with a 17 year old TEEANGER, then says he can’t marry her? The mother is cheering and proud to encourage her son to engage in pedophilia. And then when the girl acts her age by following the wrong crowd, he punishes her by throwing her on the street. A TEENAGER! That relationship is wildly abusive and somehow she is painted as the bad one, and he’s an innocent person being controlled by his mom. This movie teaches no lesson and is very disturbing.
@EGGOVINE2 жыл бұрын
Movies are supposed to be reflection of what happening in the society.... And that's what the movie is doing.. Digusting things happen in the society.. I hope you get angry about that and not just a movie that tries to show it...
@goldenismonica15222 жыл бұрын
@@EGGOVINE Which is my point about the movie having no lesson in the end, ultimately making it disturbing to watch. The man facing consequences would have been a good way to teach a lesson for the viewers at home, same way almost every movie involves Christianity to teach “good behavior” to its viewers.
