very true totally impossible to find such decent hygienic budget eating houses in delhi darbanga kanpur sultanpur patna or any city or town in north india no way i have personally seen the filthy condition of eataries in north india

Nowadays, the darshini fast food "thindi" items have become very expensive.. 1 plate idli - 35-40, 1 vada- 20-30 , 1 rice item - 40-50 , Any dosa - 50-70.. This is the reason small hotels like these have become very popular .. These shops have good future if they serve quality food as the price will always be cheap..

If you ever come to Manipur , then you can find a roadside kind of shop , we called HOTEL or Tea Hotel, where Tea and Puri is sold. Every village have a Tea Hotel. puri and tea is best 😂
