That is an amazing question and a thing I did not try! I will try it at some point and pin this comment. I am so used to operating things to avoid jams lol.

ANSWER: Yes... though you have to let the motors spin down 100% (otherwise the dart just comes out slower) which takes some time, and feels very awkward. And then if you let go, it pushes the dart ahead, and the blaster won't rev. You eject the mag and the dart falls out. So I would say it is not a huge problem.

I know some people will not like that it isn't full auto, or assume it was like I did because of Rhino Fire similarities, but, it's called the double punch and squeezing the trigger does kind of a one-two punch, so it gets a pass from me on not being full auto. I might use it next HvZ, it's fun to use and looks cool. :) I am also glad we have left Elite 2.0 light blue behind.

I really love the look and functionality of this blaster, It looks like something that would have fit nicely on the Doomlands line. I don't know but I want to see a turret made out of two double punch mounted to make it a quadpinch. Or even dual wield two of these in a war, hoooo boy.

I was surprised to see this a week or so ago in Toys R Us. Seemed really neat, and I'm glad you were able to make a video so quick. Definitely one of the cooler things for the hobby to come out in a while.

Here’s an idea make it so the mag wells are angled (about 45 degrees) and add to 50 round drums. Sure it’s unpractical but it’s awesome just have a backpack of 50 round drums and you are all set. Now get to Nerfing

So it has "ramping" for those of you that are familiar with paintball. If we can get the cage to keep up with the fire rate, we'll have a very high ROF semi auto blaster with high magazine capacity

Ah, cool. Don’t know that term. Fire rate keeps up great upgraded to 9v especially. Going farther is tough because the cage is glued together :(

I feel like there's less motor bog between shots because of the bigger flywheels being much heavier and holding more momentum after each shot. That said, it does take an eternity to spin up to full speed! If I get one I'd honestly mod to remove the punching barrels and just replace them with lengths of 19mmOD Nerf barrel, it would take some of the weight out of the trigger pull.

Honest to god, i think nerf should just kinda concede with the normal side of the market, and embrace their pre-Nstrike days and just make wacky fun inovative blasters. Like 90s nerf blasters were some of the coolest fucking things regardless of how powerful, or practical they were, they were just fun.

Love the video, small question and not sure if already answered. If I use stock Motors and put new wires and 9volt on them, would this damage the motors fast or won't this impact reliability that much?

I have but that’s ok. Not really. This mod is only adding two more double AA’s, which is the same as an Adventure Force Spectrum. It’s not much more and they are alkalines. There is a limit to how much you can over volt, but this is just a little.

Two 35 round drums!! =) I modified my 35 round mag and Rayvenfire so I can easily use it left or right handed... Someone other than me who actually has money make this happen! =D Edit: (after watching the vid further) Ok ok, two Worker 22 round mags will do. ;)

Yea Nerf needs to just cater to the gimmicky young foam flingers so Worker, Dart Zone, and any other up and coming passionate foam blaster manufacturer can cater to the professional/mod community. I just got my Worker Hurricane and once I had a minute with it I walked over to my Nerf toys and just laughed maniacally at them. Nerf knows it's just nothing without gimmicks

I have some guides on how, check out my Nerf ultra one 9v guide. It’s not too hard. You need to solder a couple points or you could use BUTT (tee hee) connectors
