What does "FRO" sign mean? - 9:45

It's FBO and it refers to the fixed base operator at Wittman Airport, Basler Flight Service. It's basically VIP parking for corporate jets.

Aircraft use printed signs like that to indicate where they want to taxi to, so that the flaggers can wave them on the correct route. FBO means he wants to go to the Fixed Base Operator, basically the airport lounge and gas station. During AirVenture, the FBO is basically the VIP area

Because the airport is so busy, the aircraft use printed signs to tell the flaggers where they are headed so that they can be directed correctly. VAC means the aircraft wants to head to Vintage Aircraft Camping.
