The channel creator is not the property owner so if the property owner doesn't allow him to film or show anything else, not his fault. And some people are private they don't want strangers seeing the inside of their house

I admire the handmade woodwork. They just seem to go ahead and make it. I’m sure they must have SOME sort of training or expertise behind them. They wouldn’t want the house falling down about their ears due to unsafe building practices…. All the people in these videos seem very confident in their skills. Is it something taught at school? Or are those shown just craftspeople? You would never get away with half the stuff in NZ, too many building codes, consent regulations, health & safety codes not to mention plumbing & electrical work being done by registered professionals AND signed off by them & council inspectors. China is looking pretty good …..😊😊😊

Some of these homeowners actually worked in the construction industry before but some of them their knowledge came from just growing up and seeing father, elder brother, cousin, uncle, and mom, aunt, sister doing these things

Yes exactly, that furniture could be donated or sold to people who need it or want to restore them. I watch a lot of restoration channels on here who would LOVE to have some of that unique Chinese furniture to restore. Hell, I want some of it to restore.
