I hope you change your mind about painting the brick in your bedroom. It’s such an antique looking brick that provides such a lovely contrast to the beautiful wood and wicker that you have in that room. Once you paint it there is no going back and in the end you will have just another white wall. Love your home. It’s been fun watching your style develop over the years.

I agree. You need the contrast to also bring in other seasons. Terracotta is beautiful. Maybe add a removable wall to get your "white wall" look, but then you can return it to the beautiful brick. 😊

Love your blue stripe dress - so fresh and summery. Your house, paint the brick if it will make you happy but it would be very difficult or impossible to reverse if the outcome isn’t as nice as the brick. Happy days🦘🇦🇺

Paint the brick if you are so inclined, it is your home, after all. However, if it were me, I would leave the brick natural. It happens to be the one element in your bedroom I love the most. Just my opinion. ☺️

The brick is beautiful as it is,however, it gives a rustic vibe..so if you want to be consistent to the cottage feel it would be beautiful also ,painted white. It's an easy project but makes a big impact. I painted my brick over my mantelpiece and I love it so much. It really changed the room to feel light and cottage like. But either way it would be nice.😊

NO!!! Dont paint over the brick!!! Also, keep your peppermint separate. That stuff really takes over everything and gets very deep roots. I had to just pull a ton of it out from my other herbs!🌱🌿

For sure don't paint the brick! The brick already is very simple and also adds warmth. It feels very Beatrix Potter and old world. With painted brick all of the dust will be so much more visible, it will scuff, it will look dirty over time. Take it from someone who's already been there done that.

I bought one from at home which was very pricy and did a good job but I think it was $24 which is just out of my league too buy more of them right now.
