Looks like an Old Curtis V2 version. Might be the early model to the the Curtis A2.. I would not be surprised if it was not an Old Japanese Bicycle engine either..

Looks a great wee engine. 🤔 Am i imagining it, or is left spark plugs lead connection loose, (engine seems to be hesitating / stumbling occasionally too imo),
