You managed to torture that poor engine into life instead of doing what it required, a proper tune up by cleaning and adjusting the points and at least cleaning and gapping the plug. Carby appears to be clean enoughbut there is an issue with the cable by the looks of the position of the throttle lever. Didnt see any smoke come from the exhaust once it did start which possibly means there was no or not enough oil in the mix but early in the video the amount of fuel dripping from the muffler could have driven my car for a day, but don't dare try to fix it just keep trying to destroy a perfectly good mower.

Here's a bloke who thinks he knows something 🤦‍♂️. That was a 25:1 fuel ratio, carby was clean so was the filter and the tickler certainly primed, I poured two stroke fuel into the engine for lubrication and it had a hot spark but never mind you know everything so don't listen to me. Continue telling blokes who's been around this stuff for years on how to do their job.
