Because in Wuwa, you have 240 just for Character and level up weapons, whereas in genshin, you have 180 resin for character and weapon level-up material, AND for artefact. And let's be honest, 3/4 of your resin go for artefact, and you never have enough. So in Wuwa, world bosses ask a bit more than in genshin, but you won't have to spend your resin on other things, meaning 240 is insanely high for the use we have of it.

Idk why people said its a buggt launch. I havent faced any bug while playing both pc and mobile. Story is a bit fast paced but I’ll take it since I play casually and dont have time to repeat dreaming and waking up 100 times doing the same thing. Yes they are doing damage control by giving all the compensation but why is that being mocked? They did a lot of things right and they are not stingy with compensation. I enjoyed their gameplay, fighting style mechanic altho require a bit of practise. I like genshin and what it has done ever since they started but I also leave for my own reason. Its refreshing to see wuwa fix things that I wish genshin had.
