It claims to be a pudding but it felt more like a 4 layer cake! This was good. Yes, food was often quite simple and many of the seasonings that we now take for granted were not accessible year round for those 200 years ago yet still the food was surprisingly delicious and healthy. Sometimes the simplest things in life are the best, no? This recipe is a keeper!

I can't eat nothing processed at age 30 i could only eat powder drinks after much journaling doctirs not kno what was wrong had to switch to all organic raw. Mos at age 61 after terrible accidents drs amazed no broken bones on legs hips hands and yes now my head after ctscan...i thank The Creator for His Earthy foodies truly helps body heal it self...

I know it's "fashionable" to anthropomorphize human and animal interactions into something they are not, but at one point, foot binding was fashionable. Now, we recognize it for the ludicrous practice it was. Humans have pets and animals have owners. A human is no more "mom" to a cat than they would be to a geranium.

Trust me, if you like mushrooms, you’ll LOVE that method. I sauté mine with a tablespoon of butter and salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme to taste. To die for!!
