Thank god you make these videos- they’re the only thing getting me through school. 4 semesters to go! I can’t wait to have a class of my own! Your organization and how cohesive your whole classroom looks are literal goals!

I don’t know if it’s the editing but your kids do so well in morning meeting listening to each other and taking turns. My class can strugggggle with self control during morning meeting sometimes!

Thank you AGAIN for these vlogs- I will be taking your ideas, changing them to fit my needs, and the needs of my students! I learn so many new and unique strategies for teaching!!! Thank you for generously showing how you do you! As teachers, we dont have to be afraid of someone doing exactly what we are doing... we each ALWAYS have our own individual style, that always makes it unique. Its similar to a candle, you can light many candles from the original- the new light doesn't diminish the flame- the other candles actually enhance the original flame!

Thank you for taking the time to create these videos!! You might have heard of this online tool called Spelling City. My kiddos love it. I also have 4 different spelling list and therefore wanted something that would be efficient yet helpful for my students. I use the free version and it's incredible. Every week I enable the 4 list and my kids can practice them in class as one of our rotations as I am doing small group. They may also practice at home and my parents love it because they see what words they need to practice on. On Friday they go the "game"that is called test me and that is their assessments. Spelling city reads them the word and also provides a sentence, and the students can listen to the word or sentence multiple times. Finally when they review their words they submit the test and get immediate results. I have them print the results and I enter them in my grade book as they are coming out. At the end of the day they take their assessment home so they can show their parents their hard work! Just a suggestion:)

It's so weird being able to see people film inside of school, my school district has a STRICT policy on filming kids in school. Technically as a student you're not even allowed to take selfies.
