Yes, you need a certificate, and he doesn't know good universities. In Berlin you have the best chances to find a job after university but finding accommodation could be challenging. I personally would choose a small university

It doesn't have any impact while getting admission in Germany however visa officer might ask few questions regarding it since it's considered EASY to get cgpa through virtual University. Overall, there is no Major impact since it's recognized by HEC

Aoa Umair bhai! I got 7.5 overall bands in IELTS. My listening score was 7.0, reading was 8.0, speaking 7.5 and writing 6.5. I gave IELTS in April 2022 and as it is understandable, it is expiring on 9th April 2024. Umair bhai I need your suggestion. Should I give a new Academic IELTS attempt? Or should I apply to Bonn, Ilemneu, Passau, TU Dortmund, Darmstadt, Frankfurt UAS, with this IELTS score that is expiring in three months, for their September 2024 intake now? Please accede to my query as it is a bit complicated to answer I know, but a suggestion from you would be worth it. I am afraid about recieving a response that "your IELTS is about to expire so we cannot grant you admission". This will waste my time, I am already a 36 years old dentist wishing to do MPH from Germany. JazakAllah!

One of my friend got admission in this summer intake and his ielts expired in oct 2023. So, go ahead and apply for admission. Wrost case scenario, if university rejects you then you're already familiarize with the test, attempt again. That's it.
