Great advice here. Keep it simple, buy things you understand, take some risk but don't try to shoot the lights out. I currently have 75% SCHD and 25% ROTH IRA. Brokerage account is 40% VOO, 35% SCHD, 25% XLK. Combine balance ~$3.3m Less than 3 years until retirement.... I have about 400k in cash. My portfolio has yielded far more than I expected for my retirement. Kudos to my advisor.

Agreed, I'm in line with having an advisor oversee my day-to-day investing, cos my job doesn't permit me the time to analyze stocks myself. Thankfully, my portfolio is well diversified and has just 5X in 5 years, summing up nearly $1m as of today.

Speaking of balenciaga you guys should cover that Isaiah Bass story . He was a designer based out of Houston . When he went on a rant bout balenciaga taking some of his designer ideas . They invited him to Paris n he disappeared from the face of the earth. The catch is in one of the balenciaga store in Paris had a mannequin that looked like a corpse (resemblance of Isaiah) n wen ppl start bringin attention to it balenciaga removed the life like mannequin from their store. It’s a story on it you guys should cover it on black out because it kinda correlates wit you guys message that corporate is powerful and they play a evil game that’s not displayed the the average civilian

Ideally, advisors are perfect reps for investing jobs and at first-hand experience, my portfolio has yielded over 300%, summing up nearly $1m, since covid outbreak to date.

Groceries are more an issue of price gouging vs. inflation. The 50bp cut also reduces interest on deposits. Financial institutions benefit. Count the cost prior to re-financing and take into consideration how long you plan to hold onto the asset.

Just asked chat GPT why intel still develops and sells CPU’s when most tech companies have moved onto GPU’s… it’s answer is basically they have very different uses and CPU’s are still very much necessary and are used for more day to day general purpose computing & consumer devices.. where as GPU’s are more necessary for gaming/A.I etc
