I’ve been following Darriane for a year & have learned a ton of consumer laws. I can’t wait to take his masterclass in November. I’ve been following 19 Keys for a year now as well & have learned everything from Nuri Muhammad & Elijah Muhammad teachings, the significance of the Ankh, the Billionaire Prince of Africa building hotels, investing with Aristotle, Goldwater, Cornel West, to artificial intelligence. These two men I listen to daily. This is powerful to see them together.

Bad credit means you have to pay cash for everything. Cash is interest free. So how do you get bad from that? If you are using credit for personal use that means you can't afford your lifestyle. By the way credit begins when you can't pay off the bill in full on your due date.

For the past 10 years, I've had to quit work and care for my mother, who was wheelchair bound. So that means no income coming in. I explained my situation to my credit card companies, but they didn't care. So I defaulted on 4 cards and had my car taken for failure to pay. I could have put my mom in a home and paid my bills, but I would NEVER do that. I accepted the fact that my credit would be affected. Mom just passed away, and now my credit is shot!? Trying to learn how to repair it now.

To get paid to take care of your parents, you can explore options like state Medicaid programs, specifically "consumer-directed personal assistance programs" which allow you to be paid as a caregiver for your family member, depending on eligibility requirements and your state's regulations; you can also check if your parents qualify for Veteran's Affairs (VA) benefits, long-term care insurance policies, or other state-specific caregiver support programs.🎯🎯🎯

Credit? You should never ever enter into a credit agreement with a bank. Credit begins the minute you fail to pay the entire bill off on it's due date. There is nothing you can buy on credit that makes sense. You buy a home you pay 3 times more for the house. Car, you pay 30 - 50 percent more. Cash is king and always will be. Banks don't buy real estate, cars, and business needs on credit. They use cash or pay off it's bills within 30 days. 🤯

I used to sell cars and the down payment goes to the dealership for the salesman and dealer. They know this but coached us to get as much money from the customers pockets to ours. Let’s say you put down $4000 that would be the gross. Salesman would typically get 20 percent of that. So that’s a 1k day for the salesman.

Get financing through a credit union if you can. You can negotiate like a cash buyer, the dealerships only make money when someone finances and they add all those unnecessary fees. Only two - three are actually required for the sale of the car. I forgot the names but there are 2-3 that are required. Look it up if you are looking for a car. Learned this on KZbin
