Anybody reading this can be saved from the misinformation from this video He said in -ear earphones are good if you use it for longer duration Well research says that using in -ear earphones are worst if you use it for longer duration Doctors suggest that using voice cancelling headphone is the best and even then try to keep volume less and use it only when necessary If you don't believe me just watch any video where ent specialists is talking about this issue or ask any ent doctor in your vicinity If even a single person is benefited from reading this then it was worth writing this comment and I request others to also spread this correct information.

No. Don't use in ears when using for the longer duration. It damages your ears the most out of any of the above categories. Also over the ear are the best for long duration. Better drivers and since it does not sit on your ears(like on ears), they don't put pressure and thus there is no discomfort.
