@cupcake11111s really? My doctor looks at the back of my throat every time I have a physical. I also went to the doctor for strep throat a bunch of times as a kid, and the strep test involves rubbing the back of your throat w/ a qtip.

Depends on the country I guess... They are not doctors of medicine but they're still doctors. In out country the word for dentist is if literaly translated tooth doctor... So I guess they are doctors in at least one sense :P
