I used to have the ISDN Tampa on tape. They didn't do it live but sent the local radio station a tape of it. I remember they included Chemical Beats as this was a massively popular track in Florida.

The sound sample is not from Dr.Who, but from The Guyver (1991). kzbin.info/www/bejne/o6u8e6WofLWdatksi=ncDMtD1AwkdtoNhV&t=99 It was the background tweening that made me think it was Dr.Who, which I believe is the robot from The Sontaran Experiment (Tom Baker).
