Earth Palm Free Lesson

Here is a FREE lesson on the many uses of Earth Palm as practiced in Jiulong Baguazhang (Nine Dragon Baguazhang). The video draws on three sources: Eight Palms of Jiulong Baguazhang performed by Shifu Yancy Orchard, Combat Baguazhang The Nine Dragon System video series and a live seminar focused on Earth Palm from our Gathering of The Circle workshop filmed in 2017.
All of this and much, much more instructional materials on training truly realistic Baguazhang are a part of the Internal Arts University.
It’s been a long and winding road for my career and it is not over yet. Today we have the Li Family Internal Arts University Online offering total training in not only martial methods, but also the often neglected teachings of a Chinese internal martial art like meditation, philosophy of Daoism, healing methods, weapons training and more.
