Hilde, Top Right of the map, the teleporter should say "Honubias" that NPC should have a marker in the map. I recommend getting the jetpack quest first. As for the techs, you have to get lucky with RNG, just do stuff that awards you with Aurora coins and a tech will randomly drop, except for curses, which you can only get on challenges.
