I figured the time stopping was a metaphorical disassociation. We see him just standing in the middle of an aisle on camera, time most definitely not stopped. So I assumed he was just daydreaming the stripping and drawing of all the ladies. So the hoodie guy would be an intrusion into those disassociative thoughts? Like you can stand still on a soccer field and imagine doing something else, but other people are still going to be running around you and it will be more distracting than a grocery store even if you only see them as a gray figure. But it's hard to make any solid guesses when the gray hoodie guy never showed up again.

I don't think there were any nipples in the painting, and definitely not her genitals in full detail lol. The curves of the body are easily surmised through fitting clothing. And even if he did draw her nipples, he either got their shape through her clothes again (yes, sometimes they are visible) or just drew generic nipples. They aren't fingerprints ffs, they rarely look unique enough to identify them with a glance. If you know the general body shape of someone, you can draw them naked, and it's likely they won't be able to tell "that's SO not how I look".
