Hey Philip... Sorry, her name is EARTHA KITT 🌎🌍 The first I ever heard of Eartha Kitt was not singing but acting, when she played the role of Catwoman in the original Batman TV show with Adam West in 1967... this was a classic Christmas song written and performed before I was born... WOW. She went on to be on stage on Broadway, on TV and films and a huge activist for sever al social issues including same sex marriage and civil rights... quite a lady... AND, as a side-note, she died of colon cancer on Christmas Day 2008... blessings.
