This evokes a very specific, late 80's/early 90's dark luxury aesthetic with a modern but nostalgic sound. Like a scene from an old movie you can't recall, but somehow the essence, the mystery, stayed with you. Amazing song, amazing video.

@@personnenobody it can, something about the vibrations
@AimePolivka6 ай бұрын
@@SewNome every material has a resonant frequency that if you hit the object at the right frequency it will cause the object to vibrate in a way that gets more intense with each hit of a wave. (think pushing a swing with a kid in it exactly at its highest point every time vs somewhere after they start going back down again, except each molecule is a kid on a swing.) if you sustain the frequency the molecules will start moving so fast it will disrupt the structural bonds of the object. there was a bridge that broke apart because the breeze was blowing a specific way on it one day, there’s footage of the concrete wobbling like it’s made of rubber, if you look it up it’s really interesting . Also, for some jeep wranglers you can’t drive them a specific speed for too long (i think it’s like 50 mph) or the car will rattle itself apart basically. so yeah it’s the soundwaves hitting the glass.
@tevinbeaty2788 Жыл бұрын
The lyrics coincide with the video. The dice composed of chance are the pearls, the glass the first shell, the shell she created via melting sand [a powder]. The second shell is her mouth when she ingests the dice, consuming chance to make something better and that she’s in control of. She finally spits out the dice and shatters the first shell irreparably, showing her willingness to still let fate take control. But it’s a facade, she uses her voice to shatter the shell instead of the dice of chance being the controlled demolition.
@pluvio7208 Жыл бұрын
Wow beautiful
@edoardogualtieri2859 Жыл бұрын
While I recognize your interpretation I believe the act of ingesting the dice and then, with an unnatural force, spitting it unveils a profound resistance to the dictates of fate. It's a display of her unwillingness to be moulded by destiny. Then, the deliberate action of breaking the glass signifies her distinctiveness and establishes a commanding hierarchy, where she reigns over the fragments of the once imposing structure (the first shell). It's a mesmerizing declaration of power, a visual poetry of defiance and individuality.
