WRONG. Its intended for INDUSTRY. Africans need to stop thinking small scale. To set up a proper plant for this you're talking probably $10,000,000 mil. USD - but that might create 100-1000 high quality jobs. VS doing this on a small scale for $100,000 that might employ 1000 people, but will make you noncompetitive in the market place. Africa needs to leap frog. We have cheap labor / young people ... need to combine that with new technology (the latest most advanced tech) and skip over what others are doing now. That is the ONLY way we will catch up. Not by focusing on small little jobs that pay $1-3 per day. But proper industry that hire fewer people, but those people have specialized skills and get paid $50/day.
