Would you do an XK scenario? It would start with the sensors finding some sort of mismatch. Then comes the announcement that an XK scenario is taking place and that everyone is to evacuate to the underground part of the facility.Than evacuation helicopters arrive with field personnel and then there will be a lockdown surface and it will start to melt.
