Also, one of the reasons why I would love go to Korea is what you said, you can feel safe whatever hour it is. I live in Barcelona (well, near that city), and you can't, I always have the fear of someone wanting to hurt me, take my properties or worse. Can't imagine how it is in other countries where it is even worse...
