カサカサ系をピンセットでガスっと取るのがいいねえ、飴耳は汚らしくていや、日本に多いけど綿棒でグズグズ取るのもイヤ、やっぱこういうのがよい

綿棒でグズグズは、ピンセットや治具使うと医療行為になるから、エステですって事でああしてんじゃないか？丁寧だと思うけど、焦れるなアレは。

What he does that I love is clear the hair away in the ears and that is what causes the build up and not many other so called professional Doctors I watch, ever do that in far more dirty ears and you can tell it is the long hairs that cause the build up! He is a natural caring Doctor that does a fine job!
