The first national EAS test from 2011, sent here as an EAN. Relayed by Comcast Xfinity in Spokane, Washington. The black EAS screen did not appear during this test, only the scrolling black marquee. The default EAS channel was C-SPAN on channel 27, automatically tuned here from The Weather Channel on channel 20.
