There are a few minor errors that don't really impact the whole scenario, including "Civil Danger Emergency" rather than either "Civil Emergency Message" or "Civil Danger Warning" (the former seems more appropriate), and a small typo of broadcast as "brocast" EDIT: Near the end I can see "ACCEPT YOUR FATE" and the EAS voice saying that the message will repeat until there are none to hear it - that must imply that they genuinely do not think humanity will make it out of the crisis :(
