3/11/2011 - Hawaii and Northern California coasts.
Early in the morning in the entire state of Hawaii, as well as a few hours later in San Francisco Bay CA.
Tsunami caused by 8.5 earthquake in Honchu Japan.
Recreated Hawaii alert, and reused California EAS alert.
