SYNOPSIS: In the Spring of 1913, the Central and Northeastern United States was hit by several days of rain. Coupled with heavy runoff from melting of snow from heavy winter storms that year, it created an unprecedented disaster over a wide area that no one had seen previously. Although we have access to newer flood control techniques to stop flooding than Americans had in 1913, recent failures like the 2011 Mississippi River floods suggest that if a similar scenario were to occur in a more localized area, then disaster would be almost inevitable.
This scenario, while it occurs exclusively in the Mohawk and Hudson River Valleys, also includes a short stint where the event is viewed from outside the area, such as Durham, NC.
As always, criticism is welcome, and it is needed for further improvement.
This scenario was requested by Pancake Killer.

At one point in the video, the geopolitical organization Strategic Sentinel is referenced in the news ticker in one of the news section. The news section that references this only shows things that are hypothetical and at no time did the organization or persons involved say this.
