EAS Scenario - Neverlasting

2024. It was around the time that, hypothetically or supposedly, Ukraine managed to push Russian forces out from their territory. But it has a price. Cue a mix of disinformation amidst the ideological and cultural wars and increasing levels of distrust and hate amongst both politicians and supporters alike, and it becomes a recipe for a post-Russian invasion chaos.

PRODUCTION:
This scenario is produced during an ongoing major conflict of the Russo-Ukrainian War and the events this scenario depicts uses the 2014 pro-Russian unrest in the aftermath of the successful Ukrainian Revolution of Dignity as its plot device.
Though these events depicted in this scenario itself are fictional and that are made up on the creator’s own volition, given the circumstances; there could be a likely possibility that this does NOT mean it will never happen and it is one of many outcomes during the Russian invasion of Ukraine; noting if it’s actually possible. This scenario began development just days before Ukraine began its first major counteroffensive in early-September 2022 that resulted in large areas of Kharkiv liberated and the eventual recapture of the city of Kherson by November.
Please read the disclaimer at the start of the video for further details before doing anything else. Given its highly political, or geo-political nature thereof, expect some form of heated discussions or some controversy to follow. There is a recorded addendum from the creator (from 45:38 to 51:15), explaining the additional details regarding the epilogue of, and the scenario itself.
NOTES:
I am not doing this with glee, and I never find it funny, no how. I only follow that up because of just one precedent on what happens if Ukraine or (to the extent) the Westerners are successful (that is the pro-Russian backlash from those who refuse to accept the outcome). I am all too aware of the deaths and suffering caused by wars (and also the most recent one in a form of the Israel-Hamas war that broke out in October 2023 while this scenario is still in production), and initially I held back because I didn't have any courage at the time, but after more than half a year in wait, I just pushed through.

There are subtitles in place (turn on CC), but i can understand that it may not be enough for you (considering it was translated on Google Translate and no matter how many times I reverse translate to match up each local tongues or linguistics, it still is a shitty translator). And yeah, in hindsight, I should have put English translations on screen like in Alert Ready... but it's already up right now.

In any EAS Scenario, using Text-to-Speech or your own voice, it's your choice but EAS mostly uses TTS. You basically need to record it using Audacity for instance (it's an audio editing open-source app, it's free, and it requires Stereo Mix) and implant it into a video (on a video editor).

I never plan to run for office, except be a police commander and know how to deal with potential riots with tactics. But they all have rights, and i know... I had put down the elements of the First Amendment in this scenario (unless i didnt) And as far as they go, they'll probably be released after detainment period or if theyre proven innocent, depends on individual and charge.
