Loopy Snorkelsnout sorry for the late reply, but usually people would relay these tones through a baofeng scanner on government frequencies. Although this can self-activate weather radios, the Baofeng or other scanners operate on government frequencies. If you are in an area like a city, and you relay the wrong tones, it may actually lead to an emergency event. This is what I've heard though, you may want to ask heatcats or SPCVergennes2190 for more information. I may be on the right track, but I'm not 100% accurate.

Little Rudy Adventures- Alternate Channel To answer your questions, 1) It sounds believable because the air brakes on a school bus, or any bus in general, could run out of air, since conventional disk or drum brakes won’t be able to stop something that weighs more than a ton. 2) you heard that right.

RagdollDVDCollector 2003 POE sadly, you can't. I had to make the .wav file in IISC, then I had to share a folder specifically for this scenario between my Mac and the Virtual Machine that I used, then edit out the audio watermark (it says "created by second speech center trial version", since I used the trial), and finalize the audio.

YoungKilla1234657 It's a long story. So this kid (not gonna name names) has once ran valid EAS tones through a Baofeng scanner operating on government frequencies. The tones were then broadcasted over his weather radios. With the tones I used in this video, repeating that action could result in mass panic, and could lead you into imprisonment because these tones are valid, meaning the alerts you saw contain the codes for the actual message.

YoungKilla1234657 There's a variety of different ways to do it. The best solution is Heatcats' EAS Encoder (for me preferably 2.4, but you can install 3.x afterwards). You would have to ask heatcats for his encoding software
