EAS Tornado Warning in CA 12/24/15

On 12/24/15, wide spread tornadic activity terrorized thousands of residents in various counties in Northern California. This particular EAS came out at around 4:05 PM PST. The EAS alerted thousands of viewers of the Tornado Warning set in place by the National Weather Service for El Dorado County and Amador County. It was set to expire at 4:30 PM PST, which it did. I was able to catch the last parts of the EAS. It surprises me that only two EOM tones were played, but it was most likely just a mistake.
