The best part of that canyon is when you take a left by the bar it gets way more twisty for the next 3-5 miles you messed up not going that way lol

Damn, you're running really high pressure in those tires. I have the exact same tires as you do on my FZ6, and I run 33 in the front and 36 in the rear. The Manual even states that. Tire air pressure (measured on cold tires) Loading condition* 0-90 kg (0-198 lb) Front 225 kPa (33 psi) (2.25 kgf/cm²) (2.25 bar) Rear 250 kPa (36 psi) (2.50 kgf/cm²) (2.50 bar) Loading condition* 90-189 kg (198-417 lb) (FZS6WC) 90-190 kg (198-419 lb) (FZS6W) Front 250 kPa (36 psi) (2.50 kgf/cm²) (2.50 bar) Rear 290 kPa (42 psi) (2.90 kgf/cm²) (2.90 bar) High-speed riding Front 225 kPa (33 psi) (2.25 kgf/cm²) (2.25 bar) Rear 250 kPa (36 psi) (2.50 kgf/cm²) (2.50 bar) Maximum load* 189 kg (417 lb) (FZS6WC) 190 kg (419 lb) (FZS6W) * Total weight of rider, passenger, cargo and accessories

Tbh I’ve had different mechanics tell me differently! They said it should take more air bc it’s new, some say to do manual specs!! HAHA. I’m running them a little high so my next ride I’ll drop some PSI in the rears to see where I like them especially since the rears are new! I’ve never dropped them that low since I think those are good for track days but definitely probably gonna keep the rears around 40-44 psi! Thanks for the info though I definitely did not know that

Maybe I should do a testing vid of different air pressures!

@@joeltnguyen I use to think this way too. Until I stopped airing my tires for a week and rode everyday. I definitely got comfortable in lower psi, like 35 front and 38 rear. S22 rear I run 37 cold now it grips better on turns.

@@ScrapinDaily that’s 2 for 2. I’ll make a video on my next ride running a lower PSI. Do you guys run this PSI for street riding too? This canyon road wasn’t really technical so I’m not sure if that makes a difference
