Great timing since I needed this tutorial for my first time use of ECG metallic royal for drips. I've used it successfully for stencil. My favorite stencil is the one you used for this video! My cake for the drips also had baubles. My daughter decided to make the spheres out of gelatin -- and thankfully it worked well. ~ The Sugar Art Cakery

I spy new kitchen flooring and cabinets? Nice!

Ha! Love that you noticed :) New flooring, but I actually gel-stained my cherry cabinets for a darker wash on them. It was suuuper fun and we looove how they came out! Giving the whole kitchen a refresh- wait until next video for my most favorite part! :) :) ;)

Using reusable piping bags for the environment and cost wise too, for futur generations.

With the gold dust, the ability to reuse the bag for something else may not be feasible. But saving it for another metallic royal icing job might be okay. Personally, I find I wasted a LOT of water washing reusable bags.

I'm assuming you can use this to pipe wording on cakes as well? This is amazing! Going to need to add this to my arsenal!

You can, Amanda! You'll just want to mess with the amount of water you add (or you can mix in piping gel!) to get the right consistency/thickness for piping. :)

So… every time I use gold paint or gold dust, it tastes ridiculously bitter. How was this dust as far as taste? Or do you advise people to avoid eating it? TIA.
