Love your video! I have a question. Would you apply the product first before put on eyeliner or after? I was wondering if it would get messy if I apply eyeliner after

Thanks, Cheryl!! Great question--you can definitely put the eyeshadow on first, it dries down really nicely and shouldn't pick up when applying eyeliner on top. You can apply it after liner as well, just could be a bit tricky getting in line with the liner/not getting eyeshadow on top of the liner! I prefer to use the eyeshadow first then let it dry for about 30 seconds. I hope that helps 🥰
