I think you have to put the wall more horizontally and a bit further on the cliff's edge (from what I experienced)

If there wasn't a wall the momentum on the landing would knock you out of the edge. So you put a wall to "grab you in place"

This Is cool and all, but i think Respawn should update how the firing range looks, It would be cool if in the Gameplay trailer for season 10 they show someone entering the firing range with the new Legend and weapon, and when he/She exits the Door he/She sees like a giant tree made from those toxic plants from Olympus outside the Borders of the area, that Invaded the playable area with its roots

Watch the previous video (longer one), but if you're talking about the rampart walls, it's mainly aligning it with th cliff's edge on the left, rock angle on the right and have some sand/floor on the bottom part

Tell me if I'm mistaken but Valk's ult doesn't go through invisible walls. It only allows you to go pretty high and then fly if there aren't any obstacles. Rampart walls are here to go through invisible walls originally avoiding anyone to fall into the sea

Without rampart I think you can manage with revenant, and without Valk you can't do much now that gibby+horizon have been patched. But you can still use a friend to set up rampart walls and fly you over to the island

Happens quite often, the best way to do it is to be inside the "cave", placing the wall and then switching to path. But if you can't go inside the cave from outside, it's more likely that you placed it a tiny bit too far from the edge
