Meat Burekas Recipe also knows as Samsi aka Bukharian Samsi
You need:
• Malawach dough
• Any soft cut of meat
• white onion
• salt /pepper
• Cumin (this ingridient is a key ingridient as it gives its delishious smell and taste of bukharian Samsi)
Cut up Meat and onion into tiny small pieces, add salt pepper and cumin and mix well.
Cut the malawach dough as shown on the video and roll out. Add the meat into the middle of the rolled out meat, fold the sides making into a triangle shape. Lay all samsi/burekas on a tray, egg wash it, sprinkle with some sesame seeds and Bake at 350 till golden.
