Sure. It shouldn't be up to that except if you want to make use of vulcanized cages. The only costly thing about rabbit farming is the cage. Feeding is relatively cheap. You can either use fresh leaves, hays, or formulate your own feed for them, thus if commercial feeds are expensive.
