In this video I'll be showing you how to set up your DUAL PC stream on OBS WITHOUT a go xlr. The past few months I've been having audio issues with OBS and NDI after the 28 patch, but I have found the ways to correct this. My audio issues were finally fixed! Hopefully this video helps someone out because I've never seen this one on KZbin and it would have helped me! Make sure you like, sub, and come see me in my streams!

Excellent Video. I had watched other videos trying to learn how to use the ndi obs technique, but the other ones did not bring the level of details that your video has, because they failed to show that one has to download the ndi tools first, and did not show other important details. Keep posted!

If you do not know you have to install NDI tools then you should not even own a computer.

is working but not in a good speed it looked lagging i am using an laptop as an streaming pc and gaming pc for the new year stream since the streaming pc is old and the monitor is sadly missing

@nightblood9462 try going into the properties of Ndi in your streaming laptop and change the setting to allow hardware acceleration. Or drop the fps down on n your gaming pc Ndi settings in that little area where you configured your audio and stuff on your game pc.

Did you make sure you downloaded the ndi plugin for obs on the streaming pc? And extracted it to the same folder the obs is stored in?

@@FloVeninski46 yeah that would be the best outcome. Wi-Fi isn’t very good and may cause issues.

@@FloVeninski46 just have both pcs connected to the same router via Ethernet cable and when in settings on obs make sure all the setting I have in the video are the same on your computer

@@FloVeninski46 if your one of your pcs has 2 ethernet ports you can run ethernet to one and share the connection to the other one via cable pc to pc, hope this helps

Maybe uninstall everything and re install back on both computers? That's weird I can't find anything about that either.

I found out how. Restart your OBS on your streaming PC a couple of times if it doesn't work. If that doesn't work then go to your NDI in the drop down menu in your taskbar, and allow KVM control. It worked for me.

this works for video, but it does not transmit my desktop audio to the streaming PC at all unless I set the audio to speakers. very inconvenient since I usually want to use headphones. Having headphones on makes it not transmit sound at all

@@mikeha that’s weird.. maybe try re installing everything? It works for me so I have no clue what it could be unless you have something plugged into your computer like a cam link or something. Make sure it’s just your headset connected to your game pc and in the Ndi settings it’s set to system audio. When set there it should pick up whatever audio you have it selected as.

Maybe make sure the quality of Ndi is set to 1080p? I’m not sure how high of resolution you can go with the Ndi tool unfortunately

my desktop PC has an Nvidia graphics card but the NDI source is only showing my intel HD graphics card. I also get flickering in game. So why is my Nvidia card not available as a device in ndi sources?
