As I get ready to do my cabinets and drawers, this is one of the best videos on how to use a cabinet jig. I recently purchased a similar jig. Thank you. Did you have any issues with the drill bit blowing out the backside of the cabinet or drawer? Would you recommend a small piece of wood clamped to the back to avoid this. Thanks again!

Seems to me you could have removed the drawer from the cabinet to make drilling out the inside easier. Cool tool tho.

I have the exact same Lonfu jig, and I had problems with the thumbscrew slipping on the bigger stop piece. Did you experience the same issue? It worked fine for my project, but if I had to use it often I think I would splurge on the $200 version.

I didn’t have the issue, but I was checking it before every cabinet just to make sure I didn’t have to do any door repairs.

Why drill a draw that doesn't open? Was that a mistake and if so how did you correct it?

The drawer is a faux drawer. It has the face thy pops off and back on. Put handle on it for aesthetics.

True Position is the original jig that everyone is copying.. The quality is no where close on these knock offs if you are a professional cabinet maker. Spend the money for the "true position."
