IF(16:8 & 20:4) + Keto/Low carb(healthy way) made me lose 40 kgs in 7 months. I was only doing light yoga for 15-20 mins 3x a week and 3x of light cardio workout. There are weeks when I only do cardio 3x for 15-20 mins. So yeah, lower your carbs + stay within the calories needed(I was eating around(800-1200) + exercise and you'd start feeling good in a week and in two weeks your stubborn fats start to melt and the energy creeps up.😂 I still have 20-30kgs to lose and would stick to Warrior Diet of 20:4 + OMAD on Sundays. I'm 40 and 5'7(female). Starting weight before the diet was 140kgs. Current weight is 102 kgs(7/28/24). I'll update after 3-4weeks.😊❤

Things are simple. Replace sweets with fruits, carbohydrate with greens, red meat with fish and other white meat , avoid bread pasta rice etc completely, exercise 2 3 times a week and all good

Fasting is actually a BAD idea! When you eat nothing,you will lose some fat,but you will also lose muscle mass,and this will make the metabolism slow down! After ending the fast,the body will actually get FATTER than it was before the fast!

That was never the case mate, fasting melts fat and keeps muscle especiallg if you excercise, you just cant build new muscle. I lost 37kg with fasting and i kept the fat away

I need to find this study cited by Jeremy Ethier and some other folks cause I keep quoting it. In summary, they ran a study that compared diet, exercise, and combination diet and exercise for overall weight loss. They found that the most weight loss occurred when patients consumed "high" protein, ate at a calorie deficit, did resistance training, and had some low intensity steady state cardio mixed in. I'm not saying anything in the video is wrong, but I'm responding to the idea, maybe even corroborating that diet/exercise each have their functional uses. And while losing some weight is better than losing no weight at all, I think targeting these four areas will help promote overall health and wellbeing.

I think the Human's sudden weight gain might be because overall mental issues that he is not dealing with I mean the man almost died multiple times, had his heart broken, almost died of thirst and hunger. He got bitten by a cobra. Yes, that's a thing, in German it's called "Intervallfasten", but I think the main reason behind it is, that you have less time to eat, so you'll eat less. Also to prevent diabetes you should have a few hours between your meals to not constantly spike your blood sugar, so this probably helps there too.

But this is not the way to do it:/ Sustainable weightloss needs a combination of exercise and diet. Also it isn't something you can do for a few months and be done, you'll have to continuing living that way otherwise you'll just gain that weight back, that's why diets don't work.
