7:51 don't always ease ease all keyframes. For this animation you want a swift ease out, without your object slowing down. ease easing that last keyframes makes the animation slow down towards that last keyframe. Check what kind of keyframe you need. Probably only ease ease the first keyframe.

I love how people show their skill level by saying they can't follow this, or why is he going so fast etc. You must have never watched an old video copilot tutorial or even a semi advanced blender tutorial. It's ok you will eventually get better and this will seem really easy and even easier to follow. I'm assuming the people that are using this video as a reason to bash the software have only used the cheap apple editing software that greatly limits your control over the actual editing procces, and think everything should do the job for you. Seems like a regular person bashing artists because they don't know how to use the tools. Great video perfect speed keep going. Hate from Australia-❤

On the second transition, I am following your guideline to the point, but after the 300% scale on transform layer, the end result is extremely blurry, as if the resolution would be 3x worse. Why?
@charlie_schaffer Жыл бұрын
Is it the shutter angle?
@franciszekkokatny2935 Жыл бұрын
@@charlie_schaffer it's not a shutter angle problem, the problem was with mirrors. Idk why, but i've got the same problem. On result was bad perspective at the last frame of transition. You need to set mirror setting to have normal perspective on first column, then mirrored perspective at the middle and at the last one normal perspective. Then when you adding Transform on adjustment layer, sets scale for 300, then first position of perspective must be offset from center to the left (on first "column" of mirrors). Then set position on timeline to the end and the last column of mirrors, set's shutter angle, etc. Work's well for me :)

Your method builds a transition between two clips. How do you make a transition that works like a built-in Premiere transition that you drag between two clips that you can then ripple or roll between the clips or change the duration of the transition with a single drag? Many clients don't want to be mucking about with keyframes, especially when the edit changes.

Note on the 2nd transition: I lost a lot of quality when applying the mirror-replicate effect, so maybe apply that at transition between clips only (not the whole clips). The way he moved the position marker, made the 2nd video completely mirrored, so that's a big no for me. Go from position X -> 0
