This is absolutely awesome. The value here is gold. Btw, I have a question. So, once we create the webchatbot, where do we generate the code from and then paste in the website? So, here's what I did, after I completed the flow, I copied the code by going to settings and then on the channels and then web Chatbot and generated code and copied it. Then I head to my WIX website and go to Tracking tools and added the embed code. And once I published it and load the website I didn't get the chatbot widget floating on my website at all. Would love to hear how we can do that. Thanks again and would love to hear from you.😊

Hi, I think we may have already hooked you up in the chat, but just in case we didn’t communicate with you yet we make it super easy to generate the code for the webchat. You have two options to use the: 1) Facebook plug-in and we provide that code on our side, and 2) in addition to that we have our own native webchat plug-in embed code that you can find in your settings > channels > webchat > manage. You’ll see one option to grab the link for the full page URL, and then toggle over to see the embed code for the widget.

Hi Ryan, it´s really amazing what you can do with your solution and I have become a customer because I would love to build chatbots with your solution for my clients over here in Germany :) . Two questions though: 1. Is there a way to cloak the URL of the chatbot in the bot simulator? I can imagine a lot of prospects will have a look at the URL and say "ah great, that´s the tool he used to build this chatbot, I will do it myself". Or do you offer an affiliate link or something to compensate for the effort? Just worried to put in the work by preparing the customer knowledge base etc. just to hint potential clients at a solution without having any benefit. 2. How does the bot simulator technically work for acquiring clients? I mean, let´s say I want to present that to 100 people. But I only can have the information for one business as my knowledge base at a time - how could I present that to 100 businesses with their custom informations? Do you know, what I mean? One easy way by just simply using the supplied webchat embed code for the chat widget or fb plugin. Related to the Bot Simulator: it’s really meant to be used for demos vs full bot builds. The Bot Simulator is the best way for potential clients to see how your solution work for them using their current website and branded and such. Totally get your worry about clients wanting to do things on their own, but let me ease your mind: the overwhelming majority of direct clients we’ve had do NOT want to build or maintain the chatbots… they only want the powerful end-results. In fact to date, I haven’t had any client or potential client “pull a fast one” and try to take advantage “doing it themselves”. Back in 2019/2020 I had the same worries. Did we make the process of building bots as easy as it can be? Yes! Does that mean there is no need for highly skilled builders and (real) prompt engineers? No! This is remarkable; however, I have encountered an issue. When I initially created the OpenAI Chatbot using an email login, my OpenAI account was already connected, as you mentioned, to a version of 3.5 turbo. However, when I connected the GPT Builder to my Facebook account, my OpenAI account was not linked. Consequently, I obtained the API keys and connected them to my account. Moreover, the model was set to GPT 3.5 4k tokens, and I did not have the option for 3.5 turbo. Surprisingly, when I attempted to create a prompt, it did not work as expected. I am curious to know if the 3.5 turbo model is exclusively available for the web Chatbot. Additionally, would it be necessary to have the ChatGPT Plus version in order to use the GPT Builder? I eagerly await your response. Thank you!

Apologies for not seeing this, but let me clarify that we provide complimentary access to ChatGPT 3.5 turbo 4K. If you want to use your own api key, you will likely have access to gpt 3.5 turbo 4k, 16k, and GPT4. If you are using your own API key, there must be a valid payment method that you provide to open AI. Otherwise the key will not work. It would not be uncommon for a basic 3 to 5 flow chatbot to be priced at $450 a month so we absolutely believe the margins are there for you to take advantage.
