AI can be very useful to speed things up! It will be interesting to see where it goes in the future, though. It's exciting and scary at the same time haha

You should learn how to use Photoshop layers. You made seriously hard work of this

The new generative AI objects are all automatically placed on new layers. What do you recommend I change to made this any easier? I though it was super easy in the way that I did it.

@@LearnYourCNC You should have created a new layer for the sign, with nothing else on it. Then create an empty layer on which you could create the background. Drag the sign layer to the top and it becomes an independent object you can drag around and resize. That lets you compose the picture properly. After that add another layer with a LUT which will allow you to "light" the picture properly so the sign looks like it belongs and isn't a kind of sticker. I know this sounds like more, not less, but the picture remains editable to the end and saves time in the long run.

@@donepearce Thanks for the suggestions and you may have missed it, but the sign is on it's own layer and the background was automatically placed on it's own layer as well as the bird and the boat were on their own layers. Each object was still fully editable without destructing any other objects. The new generative AI feature does that for you, so you don't have to. 😊 However, I do agree with you about the LUT to help with the lighting but I wanted to keep this tutorial simple and not get too deep into the weeds on Photoshop haha. I appreciate the feedback!

@@LearnYourCNC Yes, but because the sign layer is below the background layer, you have had to cut a hole in the background to allow the sign to show. The sign layer needs to be at the top so you can move it, resize it or whatever you want without disturbing the background.

@@donepearce Ah, that makes much more sense. Thanks for pointing that out. I am definitely no pro with Photoshop, I only know enough to be dangerous with it haha.
