Thanks for the video! You can easily spot the master's handiwork. Soldering station and soldering skills are required for such kind of repair, not to mention materials and experience. As for the phone, Doogee is truly sturdy piece of hardware. The problem is that the same cap that protects the charging port well enough also pulls aside the head of the charging cable, which also damages the port itself overtime. The only way to avoid it is to unscrew this cap prior to charging and put it back afterwards. It still protects the port from fall damage and water, so it is recommended to keep it for use. Another thing is, this phone also supports wireless charging up to 12 W but.. it has 36 W/h battery, so it will take approx 3 hours to charge it fully. And for anyone who's asking how to glue the screen back... well, you have to use special gluing foil. Anyway, this also explains that professional service is required to fully repair and recover your phone, alas you have everything shown in this video. Good luck!

I have seen the whole replacement board on Alibaba. Are these any good. Also I am appalled that 1 this is a surface mount part not a through hole, 2 there is no o-ring seal to keep water and dirt out when the cap is not in place and the phone is glued together. By the way. Should a glue be used for reassembly?

Is this phone similar to the Blackview BL9000? It definitely looks like it. Hope you can answer fast. Ungortunately there is no guide anywhere how to open the Blackview BL9000

If your Doogee V10 *doesn't charge from USB **_AND_** wirelessly* , it might be that a connector underneath the main circuit board came loose. The connector is located close to the battery, located directly underneath the connector for the battery cable. This was the case for me. Weirdly, it worked when I took it apart but when the connector wasn't seated correctly in the assembled state, charging didn't work.

Looks like doogee is using that CRAP ! enviromental friendly solder with a lower melting temperature . That stuff just pulverizes overtime when in contact with moisture or high humidity doogee do yourself a favour and use normal solder

That may be it, My assumption is the rubber protection cover is very firm when new and pushes the usb cable side connector adjacent to the direction of the insert direction and in turn starts the destruction of the female connection like we see here. So a design flaw.

This is idiotic guide. Do not use it and do not damage your screen or lose waterproofness. Just uncrew 6 screws on the back cover and the charing module is perfectly visible. You can also change the whole charging module - there are only 4 screws and 2 contacts to solder (speaker).

Are you trolling or just making useless pun of us? This is Doogee V10, it consists of solid case and small plastic bars at each side. The only access it has is through the LCD screen like most modern phones (unfortunately, IPhone included).

Do you have any idea about modern smartphone design? They all are one piece outer casing and follow similar designs of how the screen is held in place.....

@@thomasnoon9974 Do you have any idea about this concrete phone? I have. I repaired my phone many times. So, calm down, son.
